Bizarre fast-food chain is heading to Australia
An āAmericanised-Filipinoā fast food chainĀ is set to launch in Australia in 2017, serving a peculiar mix of products such as breakfast steaks, hotdogs and tuna pies.
Known as Jollibee,Ā the franchiseĀ has more than 1000 outlets and is one of Asiaās largest restaurant companies,Ā News CorpĀ reported.
Among the restaurants bizarre menu items, according to SmartCompany, is spaghetti, buttered corn and a number of rice dishes.

TheĀ announcement was made at the 17th Asia Pacific Retailers Convention and Exhibition last week.
āCurrently, we are present in two (continents), and in the next two years we will see Jollibee in four continents,ā Dennis Flores, Jollibee Foods Corp vice president for international markets, said.
āWe are doing our best to open our first stores in the UK and Italy next year, and soon in Australia and Japan. We will continue our journey with Jollibee as a truly global brand.ā
TheĀ restaurant is known for itās quintessential mascot, a smiling bee dressed in a tuxedo and chefās hat.
Similar to McDonalds, the franchise also allows customers to book childrenās birthday parties online.
