Police in Las Vegas are appealing for information after 26-year-old Melbourne woman Sally Grace Contarino disappeared while travelling in the US.
Authorities say Contarino was last seen on June 20 after boarding a local bus near the outskirts of Las Vegas.
She had checked out of her hostel and was due to fly home to Australia the following day, but never boarded her flight. Police have classified Contarino as an “endangered missing person”, saying she may require medical attention.
Investigators believe Contarino travelled towards the Mount Charleston area, where search crews have been deployed.
Her family has also turned to social media for help, sharing updates and appealing to anyone who may have seen her in the days before she vanished.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police continue to urge anyone with information about Contarino’s whereabouts to come forward as the search enters its second week.
