Model reveals engagement to Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth

Australian actor Liam Hemsworth is engaged to his girlfriend, model Gabriella Brooks.
Brooks posted a photo of the couple to Instagram, with her arm draped around Hemsworth’s shoulder, showing off a diamond ring.
Another image is a close up of her hand against a bedsheet, highlighting the sparkler on her wedding ring finger.
The pictures were accompanied by a single white love-heart emoji caption.
The Australian actor, 35, brother of Chris Hemsworth, and Brooks have been together for about four years, but have kept their relationship private.
It will be Hemsworth’s second marriage after he was previously wed to singer Miley Cyrus for less than a year.
Hemsworth and Cyrus divorced in August 2019.
People reports that Hemsworth and Brooks met shortly after the divorce.
“Liam was coming out the marriage with Miley when he met Gabriella,” a source told People.
“They both grew up in Australia and were introduced by friends. He really liked her right away, but he was also hesitant to be in a relationship so soon after his separation.”
The source said Hemsworth and Brooks “bonded” over “their similar backgrounds and love for that laid-back beach life.”
“They plan on getting married in Australia,” the insider added.
