New data shows that house prices have dropped significantly in all Australian capital cities. Is this good or bad?

• Good – finally there might be more opportunities for first home buyers – 55%
• It depends on if you’re a buyer or a seller, but maybe it’s time for a property reset – 35%
• Bad – some people were counting on the equity in their homes – 10%
