Up to ten shops have reportedly been impacted by a major fire raging on an inner Melbourne street on Monday morning.
The blaze was believed to have started when a car driven by offenders rammed into the front of a business on Victoria Street, Richmond.
The offenders fled the scene as the fire spread, affecting multiple shops.
More than 80 firefighters battled the blaze on Monday morning. Crews were called to the scene around 4.15am.
The fire and smoke spread to neighbouring businesses, with up to 10 believed to be impacted.
