One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has recorded a podcast with extremist Tommy Robinson and shared a beer with a one-time Neighbours star-turned-right-wing activist on a visit to Britain.

Hanson was also due to meet populist Reform UK leader Nigel Farage while in the UK to speak at a conservative conference next week.

“Had a fabulous time chatting to one of the bravest lady’s (sic) on the planet,” Robinson posted on X on Thursday.

“Fearless, relentless, consistent, fighting for the Australian people and hopefully the next leader of her nation, Pauline Hanson.”

Robinson (whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon) is a British far-right, anti-Islam activist who co-founded the now-defunct anti-Islam English Defence League movement. He has twice cancelled speaking tours of Australia after being denied a visa and has multiple criminal convictions.

Most recently, Karl Stefanovic’s friendly podcast interview with Robinson led to the former Today show host’s earlier-than-planned departure from Nine.

Stefanovic told Robinson he admired his “tenacity” and “courage” in an almost-hour-long episode of the Karl Stefanovic Show, which is independent of Nine.

It was published online only briefly before being taken down. The episode was then resurrected on YouTube by Hanson, who Robinson praised several times during his Stefanovic interview.

Hanson’s British trip has also included spending time with Holly Valance, a former pop star and Neighbours starlet who has been vocal about her right-wing views.

“Nothing like a beer with your mate at the pub on a hot day,” Hanson posted on Facebook on Wednesday.

She followed up on Thursday with another post with multiple photos of the pair taking in tourist attractions.

“While here in England, I took some time out to catch up with Holly Valance who has been a staunch backer of true conservatives both here in the UK and myself in Australia,” Hanson wrote.

“We visited Blenheim Palace for a wonderful private tour of this enormously historic beauty in Woodstock before stopping off at the Farmers Dog for lunch and a few of Jeremy’s beers.

“What a wonderful day!

“Some big meetings lined up this week. I’ll have more to say about those discussions later in the week.”

The Farmer’s Dog is owned by former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson. It serves mostly cider produced from barley grown on his Cotswolds farm.

Valance is a strong supporter of Farage’s Reform UK party and was previously married to the party’s billionaire property developer treasurer, Nick Candy.

Last September she was photographed among the crowd of 100,000 at an anti-immigration rally in London organised by Robinson. Wearing a black MEGA (“Make England Great Again”) cap, Valance had her arm around Robinson.

Afterward, she told News Corp that she was “very proud and pleased for Tommy”, adding, “this is his redemption”.

“How the man screaming from the rooftops about the rape and violence of white British girls, was framed as ‘the bad guy’ is going to be a case study for sociology for years to come,” Valance reportedly said.

“How weak and immoral we have become. Our silence is immoral. Yesterday, the lions came out.”

Hanson revealed on social media last month that she will speak at the right-wing CPAC Britain conference, which begins on July 16.

“[Britain is] where the Australia we know today was born,” she wrote.

“I have always said we need to learn the lessons of other countries that are further down the path of multiculturalism and net-zero than we are.

“We don’t have to make the same mistakes here in Australia.”

The Conservative Political Action Conference, where tickets range from £100-£10,000 (($A193-$19,300), is an American conservative summit brought to the UK by Liz Truss, who was briefly British prime minister.

Farage will be one of the main speakers at next week’s event. Nationals senator Bridget McKenzie is also listed among the speakers.
