Ian Moss and Troy Cassar-Daley say nerves are proof they still care.

After decades on stage, Australian music legends Troy Cassar-Daley and Ian Moss admit there is still one thing that gets their hearts racing: The moment before they walk out in front of a crowd.

The country and rock icons say those nerves never disappear because they still have huge respect for the music and the fans who come to hear it.

“We still get some genuine nerves,” Cassar-Daley revealed.

“We’re standing side of stage before the show and I’ll pat Ian on the back and go, ‘Good luck mate, see you at the other end’.”

The pair say their acoustic performances are built on trust, instinct and a connection where “there’s nowhere to hide”.

For Cassar-Daley and Moss, the nerves are proof they still carem and the secret behind their magic is simple: Great songs, honest storytelling, and lifting each other every time they play.
