Turns out sharks aren’t big fans of Justin Bieber either.

The singer has shared a grisly photo of his friend Joe Termini with his 32 million followers after the director had a bloody run-in with a reef shark over the weekend.

“Exactly why I hate sharks they told us reef sharks don’t bite,” Bieber captioned an Instagram photo of a bleeding Termini.

Termini then shared a close-up shot of the wound on his own Instagram account, writing: “It’s been a good day.”

The pair are holidaying with friends in a mystery location after Bieber visited Sydney for a Hillsong church conference.

Bieber is good friends with Hillsong co-founders Pastor Carl Lentz and Pastor Joel Houston. Termini is also a Hillsong follower.
