The Prime Minister tours the state’s north west
The Prime Minister Tony Abbott is visiting a business in Tasmania’s north-west to discuss the Coalition’s economic plan for the state.
Mr Abbott is at the Wynyard-based mining truck manufacturer, Haulmax, where it is understood he willl announce new members of the Tasmanian Economic Council chaired by Burnie businessman, Dale Elphinstone.
The council is meeting for the first time after being set up under the Coalition’s economic growth plan.
