Bachelor and Bachelorette fans have had their first peek at the new season of the The Bachelorette, featuring former television reporter Georgia Love and her 18 would-be beaus.

Ms Love, 27, was unveiled as the next Bachelorette in June, since which time her Instagram and Twitter accounts have been switched to private.

But in the preview, which aired this week, Ms Love appears happily cycling through a meadow, frolicking among autumn leaves and in a strapless, red ball gown.

The video also features a few of the suitors.

Meanwhile, Ms Love, from Tasmania, told The Daily Telegraph that she still can’t believe that she was chosen as the latest Bachelorette.

“I don’t know when that moment of revelation is going to hit me. There are so many people that would want this opportunity … The fact that teams of people have gone out to try and find me the perfect man — it’s just unbelievable,” she told the paper.

“I’ve gone out there, I’ve tried to find the person, I’ve dated, I’ve been broken up with, I’ve been heartbroken and I’m so over all of that.”

The second season of The Bachelorette will screen later this year.
