Bizarre conspiracy theory about Beyonce’s Lemonade

American documentary filmmaker, radio and television host and self-described “truth teller” Alex Jones has an interesting theory about Beyonce’s new visual album, and it’s got nothing to do with who her husband allegedly had an affair with.

In response to the Sunday release of Lemonade – the 13-track opus many believe is about her troubled marriage to rapper Jay Z – Jones took to Facebook to share what he described as an “over-the-top, important report”.

In the video posted to Facebook on Monday (AEST), Jones claimed the CIA spy agency funded Lemonade in an effort to start a race war and turn Americans against each other so they would have an excuse to arrest black people and “reeducate” them to comply with the government.

“What’s hard about this story is that it’s so crazy and it’s admitted and no one is reporting it,” he said.

Jones claimed the Obama government has ended a ban on domestic propaganda in the United States, a decision he said was somehow directly connected to Beyonce’s new single, Hold Up.

In the video clip for the track, Beyonce, 34, takes to the streets to unleash her aggression over an unfaithful lover, skipping and smiling as she destroys cars, buildings and fire hydrants with a baseball bat.

“We see Beyonce get up there at the Super Bowl and do these anti-cop riot videos,” Jones said, referring to Beyonce’s performance of her song Formation, which paid tribute to black activist Malcolm X.

“And we see her out with a new video, with little girls following her and skipping as she beats up cars and blows things up. You know, and goes crazy with a baseball bat.”

Jones said the Super Bowl and TV networks Fox and MTV are directly connected to the CIA spy agency and are responsible for disseminating “anti-gun programs” and “anti-family statements”.

He also accused Beyonce of being a crazed “man-hater” who invokes “urban terrorism” and who is funded by the “very government, the very platform” she rallies against.

“So then [Beyonce] sits there with this rage. You know, great actress, like, ‘Grrrr, Police. Grrr, you’re the enemy of my people’. And baseball bats and everything. So young people go out and act like maniacs — it’s happening — and try to start a race war in this country.

“This is just to get people to act like total morons, so they can basically get arrested, set up and put in jail.

“This is to get us all at each other’s throats, when we’re all Americans getting screwed over by the NSA, and the foreign banks and derivatives. We’re all getting our kids attacked and aborted, and shot up with vaccines and GMOs. We’re all in this together.”

Right. We’ll leave you to digest that one in peace.
