Meanwhile, Kardashian-inspired bum lifts and lip injections are on the rise, according to medical professionals.

British cosmetic surgery practice Transform reported on its website that it has seen a 73 per cent increase in patients getting work done to look more like members of the reality TV family.

Transform said that after 17-year-old Kylie Jenner admitted to getting lip injections, there was a 700 per cent rise in online inquiries overnight for the treatment.

The organisation also reported a 54 per cent rise in butt enhancement inquiries, which they credited to the bottoms of Kim and Khloe.

“Our 54 per cent increase in enquiries for buttock enhancements, inspired by the likes of Kim and Khloe, has been a key reason for us looking at offering fat transfer surgery in the near future,” said the clinic’s director Mark Norfolk.

But the cosmetic surgery practice is not the only organisation to report the trend. Plastic surgery CEO Dr Saul Lahijani told People magazine the procedures were attracting attention.

“There has been an increase in plastic surgery – both face and body – of patients who want to look like the Kardashians,” Dr Lahijani said.

“Due to their reality show and their presence in the media, more young women patients want the same glamorous looks of Kim and Khloé.”

Earlier this year, NBC News reported that the American Society of Plastic Surgeons believed that between 2013 and 2014, butt implant surgery doubled, with an operation called the Brazilian butt lift also reporting a rise of 15 per cent to more than 11,000 procedures.

Elsewhere, Botched star Dr Terry Dubrow told Yahoo! Beauty that despite a trend towards smaller breasts and lips, big butts were still popular.

“It’s the Kardashian effect. The big butts are very ‘in.’ I see a lot of young girls want to do the Kylie Jenner thing; for a while she was getting lip injections. They wanted lips just like hers,” he said.
