A late Rob Horne try helped Australia snatch a 24-23 win over South Africa in their Rugby Championship Test at a wet and slippery Subiaco Oval on Saturday evening.

The Wallabies trailed 23-17 with less than three minutes on the clock before Horne scored from a break on the left flank, leaving Bernard Foley with the task of converting the try and moving the hosts in front.

Foley made no mistake with adding the extras, giving the Wallabies their first win of the Rugby Championship.
