Tennis world number one Novak Djokovic might have won the Australian Open but it was a video of his son Stefan cheering on his father that won the hearts of sports fans.

The toddler can be seen calling for his mother to watch the TV as the champion flashes across the screen in a seven-second video shared on Twitter on Sunday.

“Too cute. Your little boy is so sweet and adorable. Much love from Italy,” one fan tweeted.

“I don’t know how many times I will watch this video but this is just too cute,” another said.

The video shared by Stefan’s mother Jelena has been viewed more than 6000 times and retweeted more than 3000 times.

Novak beat five-time Australian Open runner-up Andy Murray 6-1 7-5 7-6 (7-3) at Melbourne Park on Sunday evening.
