Chicago Blackhawks lift Stanley Cup
Duncan Keith and Patrick Kane scored as the Chicago Blackhawks continued their run of NHL success with a 2-0 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning in the competition final.
Chicago’s win gave them an unassailable 4-2 lead in the best-of-seven-match series, giving them their third title since 2010.

The Lightning had a good early chance but saw Steven Stamkos hit the post, while Cedric Paquette also missed an open net.
Defender Keith made them pay, firing his own rebound home to give the Blackhawks a 1-0 lead late in the second period.
His third goal of the play-offs delighted the home fans and at the other end, goaltender Corey Crawford made 25 saves, continually frustrating the visitors.
And Kane got the sealer in the third period for Chicago, who won one of the most closely contested finals series in league history.
Tuesday’s game six was the first match that saw either team take a multi-goal lead.
