Delly can’t stop Warriors
Andrew Bogut’s Golden State Warriors have levelled the NBA Finals Series at 2-2, after beating Matthew Dellavedova’s Cleveland Cavaliers 103-82.
Bogut was sensationally dropped to the bench for game four in Cleveland and had just under three minutes of court time, while fellow Aussie Dellavedova was forced to soldier on through leg cramps.
Dellavedova, hospitalised with exhaustion after Tuesday’s epic game-three victory, had 10 points from 33 minutes while teammate LeBron James copped a large cut on his head after being fouled by Bogut and crashing into a camera man. James had 20 points and 12 rebounds.
• Delly so good he’s about to get his own stadium
• Folk hero Dellavedova writing his own history
• LeBron James’ and Andrew Bogut’s bloody collision
League MVP Steph Curry was back in damaging form for the Warriors with 22 points, supported by Andre Iguodala who also scored 22 points. The pair drove the Warriors past a weary-looking Cleveland side.
The Vine clip below shows the collision between Bogut and James which cut the four time MVP’s head open:
