The skills of Ryan Schoenmakers are not limited to the football field.

The versatile big man – a premiership player with Hawthorn in 2015 – tried the near-impossible at a training session.

With seemingly the club’s entire playing squad looking on, the 25-year-old throws a frisbee into a rubbish bin.

The remarkable thing about the feet is that he is halfway up a grandstand and the rubbish bin is in the middle of an oval.

When the frisbee drops into the bin – thanks to some incredible curve – the whole squad goes crazy.

Hawthorn tweeted the video with the caption: “Perfection”.
