The winner of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Home Lottery will get on to the property ladder in style, or upgrade with ease, thanks to a gobsmacking prize of a $4.7 million Glen Iris house, including $50,000 worth of gold.
The grand prize is a custom-designed fully-furnished Mazzei home on a 696 m2 block featuring four bedrooms, all with ensuites, separate study, three living areas, bar, landscaped gardens and infinity pool.
