Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been accused of “committing sex crimes in the United States” in a speech to America’s House of Representatives protected by congressional privilege.

Breakaway Republican Thomas Massie read out a list of names on Monday (US time) of people he labelled “coconspirators” of paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

“We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted,” Massie said.

“And Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the United States.”

He also named billionaire retail mogul Les Wexner.

“Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice.”

Massie is a renegade Republican from Kentucky who had enraged US President Donald Trump for sometimes voting against party lines.

Trump launched a personal campaign of retribution that resulted in Massie losing the Republican primary this year.

The congressman accuses the Trump administration of withholding millions of documents relating to Epstein and is demanding their release.

He used congressional privilege to push his campaign and name names without fear of court action.

Massie later posted on X: “On the House floor tonight, I read the names of several Epstein coconspirators who should be investigated and prosecuted.

“I also began collecting 218 signatures for the discharge petition to force a vote on Epstein Files Transparency Act II.”

During his speech, Massie accused the Trump administration of withholding more than three million files.

“That’s why we’ve introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors.”

Epstein victim, the late Virginia Giuffre, accused former prince Andrew of sexual abuse, but Mountbatten-Windsor has denied ever meeting Giuffre.

Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of his ‌titles last year by the King.

Then in February he was arrested on suspicion of leaking government documents to Epstein.

British police swooped on Mountbatten-Windsor’s home at Sandringham and took the former prince into custody on his 66th birthday.

Thames Valley Police said they were “assessing” reports that Mountbatten-Windsor sent confidential government trade reports to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2010 while the then prince was a British trade envoy.

The police probe followed the release of millions of pages of documents connected to a US investigation of Epstein. The former prince features prominently in the documents.

Mountbatten-Windsor has denied any wrongdoing in ​relation to Epstein and said he regrets their friendship.

The King stripped Andrew of his royal titles, including the right to be called a prince, in October 2025 as he tried to insulate the monarchy from the continuing revelations about his younger brother’s relationship with Epstein.

Those revelations have tarnished the royal family for more than a decade.
