An American woman who was photographed nude without her consent by Playboy model Dani Mathers has come forward, months after Mathers controversially shared the photo on Snapchat.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department has tracked down the victim of Mathers’ “body-shaming” social media post and will likely advise her to press charges against the model.
The 70-something woman, who was photographed while in the change rooms at Los Angeles gym, LA Fitness, is reportedly willing to testify against Mathers, 29, in court.
Mathers, a former Playboy Playmate of the Year, was widely criticised in July this year when she shared the photo of the oblivious woman to her Snapchat story with the caption: “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

The LAPD launched a criminal investigation into the matter and Mathers was fired from her job at a local radio station and banned from the gym.
Mathers apologised and claimed the image was meant to be sent in a private message but was accidentally shared publicly.
“That was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do,” she said. “I know that body-shaming is wrong. That is not the type of person I am.”
TMZ is reporting that the charge Mathers is most likely to face is Dissemination of Private Images, which can carry a six-month jail sentence.
