The Nigerian Islamist group Boko Haram has released a new video purporting to show some of the kidnapped Chibok schoolgirls.
In it, a fighter says some of the girls have been killed in military air strikes. At the end of the video, bodies could be seen on the ground.

Some of the girls who were abducted from their school in 2014 have managed to flee to safety, but more than 200 are still missing.
The 11-minute video shows girls with veils sitting on the ground and standing in the background. A man says about 40 of them have been married.
The man calls on the Nigerian government to release Boko Haram fighters in exchange for the girls.
The footage was issued just days after embattled Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau denied claims he had been replaced as the leader of the Nigeria-based group.
