Drone footage captures Nepal quake devastation
Incredible drone footage has captured some of the widespread destruction caused by the Nepal earthquake, with once-great temples now resembling matchsticks.
In a series of videos uploaded to Facebook, Kathmandu man Kishor Rana lamented both the loss of life and the country’s important monuments.

“We not only lost many lives and homes but we lost many pieces of our cultural heritage, our history,” Mr Rana wrote.
“These are the footages [sic] of all the ancient cultural heritage sites that were destroyed during the earthquake.”
The drone footage shows majestic hillside temples, hotels and homes all reduced to rubble.
The death toll has passed 4300, while another 6500 are injured.
