NY window washers in high rise fright
Next time you think you’re having a bad day at work, think of these guys.
Two window washers were left dangling outside the 69th floor of One World Trade Center in New York after cables on their scaffolding broke.
The men were left hanging on the almost vertical platform for 90 minutes before rescue crews could reach them.

Fire fighters cut through glass on the side of the building to rescue the men as onlookers watched the heart-stopping mission.
The windows cleaners were fitted with extra harnesses before being guided to safety by rescuers.
