Royal princes Harry and William have posed for what may be the first Buckingham Palace selfie.

A photo has emerged of the royal pair posing with internet entrepreneur Jamal Edwards at an event at Buckingham Palace, according to a Daily Mail report.

The brothers can be seen jokingly doing Uncle Sam’s ‘we want you’ pose, at the launch of Queen’s Young Leaders Programme, a new initiative to find future Commonwealth leaders.

The photo was taken on a ‘Twitter Mirror’, which is an iPad in a frame , and is a device often used to tweet pictures from events onto social media.

Prince Andrew made headlines earlier this year when he took a selfie in front of a crowd at an event at St James’s Palace.
