A murder trial hears accused took a sheet of plastic before the victim was found wrapped in plastic
A Supreme Court murder trial in Perth has heard one of the accused men took builders plastic from an acquaintance the day before the victim was killed and wrapped in plastic.
Trevor Reid was giving evidence at the trial of Ambrose and Xavier Clarke who are accused of murdering Peter Davis after a business relationship soured.
Mr Davis’ body was found wrapped in black plastic in the back of his car outside a Rivervale motel in May, 2011.
Mr Reid worked with Ambrose Clarke on a number of occasions and told the court he gave him a large sheet of black plastic just before Mr Davis was killed.
He also said Mr Clarke requested coveralls, which he found strange at the time.
The trial continues.
