A car became wedged on a stairwell at the Perth Concert Hall this morning
A driver had an unfortunate run-in with a flight of stairs at the Perth Concert Hall this morning when her car became stuck.
The woman thought she was travelling to the underground car park, when she drove onto the pedestrian-only forecourt, and onto the steps.
A tow-truck was called in to remove the car.
The general manager of the Perth Concert Hall Andrew Bolt was alerted to the incident by staff.
He says the woman is the second driver to have made the same mistake.
“People go to go extreme lengths to buy tickets for the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra,” he said.
Mr Bolt says the venue will now look at additional precautions to prevent another such incident.
