A 48-year-old man has died after an accident at Narrogin Hay in WA’s Great Southern
A 48-year-old man has died after a workplace accident at Narrogin, in WA’s Great Southern.
The man was injured when he was hit by the prong of a pitchfork attachment on another forklift.
He was moving hay bales with a second forklift at Narrogin Hay yesterday.
He was flown to Perth but died in hospital overnight.
Worksafe staff have travelled to the site to investigate.
