Tributes are flowing for aspiring model Elise Hodder, who died when she was allegedly struck and dragged under a vehicle in a Melbourne car park.
The 24-year-old had just arrived with friends at a rave party on Sunday morning in Kooyong, an eastern suburb of Melbourne.
Police allege Hodder was one of three pedestrians hit when an allegedly drunk and drugged driver reversed in the car park of Sir Zelman Cowen Park about 1.10am.
Hodder was trapped under the car and died at the scene while another pedestrian, a 26-year-old woman, had to have both ankles surgically rebuilt, Detective Senior Constable Jason Barry-Bassett told Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday.
A 25-year-old man was also struck but was not physically injured.
The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Sunbury man who appeared in court on Monday, was identified as Connor Matthiasson.

He has been charged with culpable driving causing death, dangerous driving causing death, negligently causing serious injury and unlicensed driving.
Police allege he was unlicensed, drunk and under the influence of cannabis when he got behind the wheel as officers arrived to break up the party.
Friends and family have remembered Hodder as a “beautiful soul”.
She had recently been thrilled to feature in a six-page fashion spread in the August edition of New York’s Vanguard Magazine.

“Our hearts are broken but devoted to supporting family and her friends. Torn apart, but your smile and heartbeat will always be with us.”
