One child killed in Victorian two-car collision, second fighting for life

A child is dead and another has life-threatening injuries following a collision involving three vehicles in central Victoria.
The vehicles collided at the intersection of Boundary and Old Dookie roads near Shepparton on Friday afternoon, about 10km from the centre of town.
One child, who is to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Another child suffered life-threatening injuries and has been airlifted to hospital.
One driver was seriously hurt and was airlifted to hospital while two other adults were also injured.
Victoria Police investigators are still working to establish exactly what happened.
