Victoria posts fifth consecutive local ‘doughnut day’

Monday marks the fifth consecutive day without new local cases in the state.
There was one new infection in a returned traveller in hotel quarantine.
It brings the total number of active cases in the state to 40.
A total of 18,660 people were tested in the past 24 hours.
