Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing Victorian woman and her two children.

Holly Mancell, 31, Chloe Mancell, 12, and Liam Rusbridge, 6, were last seen at their home in Coldstream, east of Melbourne, about 10am on Saturday.

Police and family are concerned for their welfare as Ms Mancell has a medical condition that requires medication.

It is believed they may be in the Yarra Ranges, Ringwood or Bayside areas.

Ms Mancell, who is about 170cm tall with a thin build, has a tattoo of a Chinese symbol on the back of her neck and her children’s names on her right forearm.

She had been wearing dark track pants and a light-coloured long sleeve top.

Chloe is described as 160cm tall with long dark hair.

Liam, who is about 140cm tall, has short brown hair and was wearing jeans and a red and grey-hooded jumper.

Police urged anyone with information to contact the Lilydale Police Station.
