A train has crashed into an abandoned car left on the tracks in Melbourne’s north.
The V-Line train from Southern Cross Station was on its way to Albury when it crashed near Jacana at about 6:30pm on Monday.

Emergency crews were called in to help people off the train.
Police said no-one was in the car and there were no reported injuries.
“The Albury-bound V-Line train has struck a car about 500 metres down the line [and] dragged it up the end there, in a pretty precarious spot,” Sergeant Richard Eldridge said.
Some services between Albury and Southern Cross this morning were replaced by buses.
V-Line is hoping services will resume as usual later today.
