Man smashes speed limit to keep burgers warm
A Melbourne man will be charged with speeding offences after driving more than 50km over the speed limit to get his takeaway hamburgers home before they got cold.
The man from the northern suburb of Fawkner was detected travelling 123km per hour in a 70km/h zone.

He returned a positive breath test and had his licence suspended.
It was expected he would be charged on summons for speeding and drink driving offences.
The driver will also have to pay $851 for towing to get his car back after 28 days.
