The body of the experienced cyclist was found by local police on a track in the national park just before 8am on Monday morning following a 20-person search.
Victoria Police Senior Sergeant Wayne Spence said Mr Pagliaro’s death did not appear to be trauma or accident related, and was most likely caused by health issues.
