Police say the men got into a dispute over a traffic incident.
Both stopped their cars on the Pacific Motorway on-ramp at Eight Miles Plains, and got into a fight as they stood between the two vehicles.
It’s alleged the younger man attacked the older driver, causing him to fall into the truck’s path.
The 36-year-old will front the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
