The intensity of the fire meant firefighters were unable to enter the home.
NT Fire & Rescue Service acting watch commander Eric Koomen said on Saturday two people had died in the blaze but on Sunday a spokesman said a third death had been confirmed overnight.
The ages and genders of the deceased are unknown.
A fourth person was transported to Royal Darwin Hospital by St John Ambulance.
Mr Koomen said investigations were under way into the cause of the fire.
