Rescue crews have searched throughout the night for a man and woman missing in New South Wales’ Kosciuszko National Park.

Officers say the 62-year-old woman and 65-year-old man left a Thredbo lodge to go walking in the National Park yesterday morning.

The woman contacted emergency services yesterday afternoon and told them the pair was lost.

No further contact has been made with the hikers and rescue crews have been hampered by bad weather.
