A man has been stabbed during a brawl in Sydney’s southwest.

Police were called to Unwin Street at Bexley about 10pm (AEDT) on Monday on reports of a fight.

When they arrived, officers found a man who had been stabbed in the back.

He was treated at the scene then taken to St George Hospital.

Police spoke to a number of witnesses at the scene and an investigation continues.
