As well as winning the TV ratings war against former jailbird Schapelle Corby, INXS have also seen a resurgence in their music on Spotify.

INXS’s songs have seen a 600 per cent rise in listens since part one of the INXS: Never Tear Us Apart tele-movie premiered on Sunday night, with almost half the injection coming in the 24 hours following the show.

The most popular downloads were the hit songs that featured heavily in the Channel 7 series, including Never Tear Us Apart, Mystify, Need You Tonight, New Sensation and Suicide Blonde, putting the band at number four on the most streamed artists on Spotify.
