AFP lays terror charges
A Sydney man has been charged overnight with anti-terrorism related offences following raids in Sydney’s north-west, the Australian Federal Police have confirmed.

The 25-year-old Beecroft man was arrested by the joint counter-terrorism team as part of investigations into the planning of a terrorist attack on Australian soil.
According to a Fairfax report, one of the men was arrested for financing terrorism as part of the Operation Appleby anti-terror raids carried out in September.
