It was the second time in two months the frigate HMAS Toowoomba has been responsible for a big drug haul.

In the latest bust, Toowoomba on Monday intercepted a vessel in international waters carrying about 388 kilograms of heroin.
The haul, which had an estimated Australian street value of $155 million, was subsequently dumped in the ocean.
It was part of an international campaign to disrupt Indian Ocean drug smuggling, which helps fund terrorist organisations.
In September a boarding party from Toowoomba found 5.6 tonnes of cannabis on a smuggling ship off Somalia.
