Murder charge expected after Adelaide crime spree

South Australia Police are expected to charge a 32-year-old man with murder after the body of a 60-year-old was discovered at a Adelaide home overnight.
The man was found after police followed a trail of destruction after midnight on Tuesday in the city’s western suburbs.
Police were called to a series of alarm activations on business premises on Henley Beach Road at Torrensville about 12.30am.
Several businesses were broken into and police found a suspect at the scene: A 32-year-old man who had suffered a leg injury as a result of the break-ins.
The man led police to a home in nearby Cowandilla, where the body of the 60-year-old man was discovered.
Police said the victim was believed to be a resident of the address, and the men knew each other.
The 32-year-old was arrested. Police said it was expected he would be charged with murder and other related property offences once his medical treatment was completed.
Police have encouraged anyone with information that may assist with the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers.
