The Bachelor winner Sam Frost has said she felt “confused” and “played” when fiance Blake Garvey dumped her only five weeks after the conclusion of the popular reality show.

“When he called it off, I said, ‘How dare you propose to me? How dare you take that moment away from me?’ Because I want to be engaged once, and get married once, and I want to believe in it,” the 25-year-old told The Project’s Carrie Bickmore.
“I can watch the show, I watched it with my girlfriends, and I just kind of go ‘what a jackass’.”
Garvey, 31, proposed to Frost in South Africa in the finale episode of the Network Ten reality series but called it off a mere five weeks later.
At the time of the proposal, Garvey was filmed telling Frost, “I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life”.
When asked by Bickmore on the Monday night show what had “gone wrong”, Garvey explained that it was “just a general feeling; you know that something’s not quite right”.
“As soon as the cameras stopped rolling I feel like he kind of switched off,” Frost told Bickmore.
“I said to him ‘if you weren’t sure we could have just given it a crack at having a relationship’.”
Garvey denied rumours another woman was behind the split, saying “it’s hard because I do love Sam … I’ve had my heart broken throughout this because I’ve said goodbye to many, many incredible women”.
