Johns’ autopsy inconclusive
An autopsy conducted on the body of tragic Australian singer Michael Johns has proved inconclusive.
The former American Idol contestant, who competed as a finalist on series seven, was found dead at a friend’s California home on Friday, a day after allegedly seeking medical help for pain and swelling in his leg following a sprained ankle.
Reports suggested the 35 year old had suffered a fatal blood clot due to the injury, but officials at the Orange County Coroner’s Office have decided to defer the cause of death pending toxicology results, according to TMZ.com.
