The Prince and Princess of Wales have shared a rare video of their youngest son to mark his 7th birthday — and there’s something missing.

As Prince Louis smiles for the camera, he reveals a huge gap where his top front teeth should be.

The video appears to be a behind-the-scenes glimpse of a photo shoot with photographer Josh Shinner to mark the energetic royal’s special milestone.

Kate and William released an official photo from the shoot with a caption ‘Wishing Prince Louis a very Happy 7th Birthday!’ on social media.

They also shared the video which shows Prince Louis, wearing jeans, a jumper and brown boots, playing outdoors and jumping off a log.

While having a bit of fun, Louis runs up to the camera and pushes his face towards the lens with a beaming wide grin.

At one point, his cheeky voice can be heard, which is another rare occurrence.

“I can jump down from there,” he says, and is later shown leaping from a large log.

Louis often steals the show at events with his funny — and sometimes naughty — antics, but he usually doesn’t speak.

His voice was last heard in a 2020 video with naturalist Sir David Attenborough, when Prince Louis asked: “What animal do you like?” (The answer — monkeys).

Kate and William regularly share photos of their children on their birthdays to the delight of royal fans and well-wishers.
