White Lotus star Sydney Sweeney could face charges after draping bras on the famous Hollywood sign for a publicity stunt.
The actor scaled the letter H at night and strung up a clothesline to hang bras from her upcoming lingerie line, Syrn, part-funded by billionaire Jeff Bezos.
Sweeney was joined by a film crew that recorded the undercover operation. Footage was obtained and reported by TMZ.
The video also shows Sweeney and her team loading a van with black duffel bags and driving up dark, winding streets toward the hillside.
However, the 28-year-old did not have permission from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which owns the rights to the iconic Los Angeles landmark.
LA media outlets report that Sweeney could face trespassing and vandalism charges.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which owns the sign’s intellectual property rights, released a statement about the incident.
“The production involving Sydney Sweeney and the Hollywood Sign, as reported by TMZ, was not authorised…nor did we have prior knowledge of it,” it said.
“Anyone intending to use and/or access the Hollywood Sign for commercial purposes must obtain a licence or permission from the Hollywood Chamber to do so.
“The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce did not grant a licence or permission of any kind to the production involving Sydney Sweeney as reported by TMZ, nor did anyone seek a licence or permission from the Chamber for that production.”
Filming the sign also requires clearance and paying a licensing fee.
The LA Times reports that a police report that could trigger a trespass investigation and review had not been filed yet.

It’s not the first time Sweeney has been at the centre of controversy.
Last year her appearance in advertisements for American Eagle jeans, featuring the tagline “Sweeney has great jeans”, sparked backlash over apparent racial undertones of genetic superiority.
“Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour,” the blonde-haired, blue-eyed actor said in one line as the camera panned up her jeans.
“My jeans are blue.”
There was also anger over Sweeney’s portrayal of boxer and domestic abuse survivor Christy Martin in the biopic Christy – which flopped badly at the box office.
Australian actress Ruby Rose called Sweeney a “cretin” who “ruined the film”.
Rose claimed she was originally set to play Christy and that the original line-up was almost entirely queer before suggesting that Sweeney — a registered Republican — “hates gay people”.
