‘Delighted’ Mick Jagger names eighth child Deveraux Octavian Basil
Music legend and Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger has reportedly named his eighth child Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger.
While the 73-year-old rocker has made no announcement, his daughter Elizabeth took to Instagram to post: “My beautiful baby brother Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger”.
The photo has since been deleted.

Jagger and 29-year-old ballet dancer girlfriend Melanie Hamrick welcomed their baby on December 8 at a New York hospital, his publicist Fran Curtis confirmed in a statement.
“They are both delighted,” Ms Curtis said.
“Mick was at the hospital for the arrival. Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time.”
ABC reports that Basil was the name of Jagger’s late father, also known as Joe, who died in 2006.
The singer has seven children with previous partners — Georgia, James, Jade, Lucas, Karis, Gabriel and Elizabeth — who range in age from their 40s to teenagers.
He also has five grandchildren, and became a great-grandfather in May 2014.
Jagger and Ms Hamrick, who has performed with New York’s American Ballet Theatre, began dating about two years ago, according to media reports.
He previously dated fashion designer L’Wren Scott, who took her own life in 2014.
In May, Jagger’s fellow Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood became a father again at 68, after his wife Sally Humphreys gave birth to twin girls.
