The internet is urging ‘Blurred Lines’ star and model Emily Ratajkowski to #GiveShaneAGo.

Australian cricket legend Shane Warne, known for his Instagram creeping, has sent the internet into a frenzy after a not-so-subtle come-on.

The king of spin prompted the hashtag after a casual observation on Ratajkowski’s latest selfie – about the weather.

Ratajkowski, 25, posted the picture, which showed her pulling her hair behind her ears, with the caption: “Morning London”.

Warne, 47, who is also currently in London, responded: “Stunning day in London !!! Enjoy X”.

What followed was a bombardment of comments from fans imploring the model to give Warne a chance.

Many had previously noticed the flurry of likes Warnie smattered over Ratajkowski’s Instagram page recently – a move he has also tried on Margot Robbie, unsuccessfully.

Meanwhile, The Today Show was less than encouraging to Warne, with one of the programs panelists calling him a “creepy uncle who hugs too tight”.

Warne was evidently angry about the segment as he took to Twitter to call the whole story “rubbish journalism”.
