The Trump kids’ epic fail on appeal to millenials

The internet can be a dark place for shameless plugs — and Donald Trump’s children learnt this the hard way.

Targeting millennials and student voters, Donald Trump Jr tweeted a photo of himself and his siblings, campaigning for young people to vote for their father.

It showed an emotionless image of Ivanka, Eric and Donald Jr staring down the lens with the caption: “This is not a Republican vs Democrat election. This is about an insider versus an outsider. #MillenialsForTrump #StudentsForTrump”.

And while the advertisement reached its intended audience, it went viral for all the wrong reasons.

Millennials did what they do best — mocking your hard work through memes.

Even Trump’s affiliates aren’t safe from the millennial wrath, after his Attorney posted a peculiar tweet.

He compared a cloud shaped like the business tycoon to ‘The Lord’s’ choice for president.

The picture was originally published by Fox News three weeks ago.

And as expected, the message written in the sky caught the eye of web’s gatekeepers, but wasn’t widely received.
