Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s depressing diet

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady may be one of the world’s most attractive couples, but the pair has revealed just what it takes to keep their bodies looking so trim – and it doesn’t sound fun.
The information millions of dieters want to get their hands on came right from the mouth of Alan Campbell, who serves as the beautiful couple’s private chef.
Speaking to Boston.com, Mr Campbell, who was a chef in hotels and restaurants before taking on the private gig, said he followed a plant-based philosophy when it comes to food.

“So, 80 percent of what they eat is vegetables,” he said.
“[I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it.
“And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken.
“As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.”
After listing the foods the couple do eat, the chef moved on to the extensive list of ‘no go’ food groups.
“Sugar is the death of people”, he said, arguing that eating carbs and sugar “cause disease” by making our bodies acidic.
And if you’re planning on following the Tom and Gisele diet in 2016, you can say goodbye to caffeine, white flour, olive oil, normal salt, gluten and dairy.
You’ll also have to ditch tomatoes, mushrooms and eggplants, as Campbell believes nightshades cause inflammation.
Fortunately, Mr Campbell said even Tom and Gisele aren’t adverse to comfort food.
“I’ve just did [sic] this quinoa dish with wilted greens. I use kale or Swiss chard or beet greens. I add garlic, toasted in coconut oil. And then some toasted almonds … That’s just comfort food for them.”
